REMINDERS & CONFIRMATIONS
Booking updates. Reminders and confirmations.
Choose recipients, channels and templates for the studio’s enabled rules. Here is what triggers the next step.
Booking created→
Enabled confirmation goes to the configured recipients.
Session approaching→
The enabled 24-hour reminder asks the client to confirm.
Client confirms→
The session becomes Confirmed; enabled confirmation notices follow.
Still not confirmed→
An enabled six-hour follow-up can be sent while the session remains Not Confirmed.
Deposit paid→
When settled payments meet the required deposit, an enabled payment notice reports the payment and remaining balance.
Staff sends a post-session review request→
The client receives the request through the enabled channels. Review requests are deliberate, not automatic.
Email and SMS depend on enabled features and settings. Transactional SMS also requires consent. Read the SMS consent process.

YOUR STUDIO CALENDAR
Keep using Google Calendar.
TempoMatrix reads busy events from your selected connected calendar to help identify conflicts before clients book a session.
Your existing Google calendars stay read-only. TempoMatrix does not edit or delete those events. New bookings go to a separately created TempoMatrix Managed Calendar.
